This’ll mean bog all to those that haven’t watched Stranger Things season 3 on The Netflix, and because some who are watching won’t have finished yet it’ll have to remain unexplained. BUT to those that have completed the series, I hope/imagine you share in my love of the final episode, especially the deeply moving speech by Hopper. There was a thread on here about gangs recently. The Stranger Things gang: that was the one to have been in.

I can’t get on with this season, so far.
Your comments give me hope to continue, so thank you for that đ

I felt the same after a couple of episodes, but from 4 onwards it’s rollicking along. Well worth it. Unlike the second series of The Dark, which I find incomprehensible because of the gap between seasons.

Maybe I need to watch the first season again, and then go straight into 2. Life may be too short, though, which is kind of ironical.

It just gets better and better. I’ve watched the last episode three times..it really stays with you doesn’t it !!

And how. I’m a single parent, and my 18 year old daughter and I had had something of a disagreement earlier in the day, all of it tangled up in annoyances/upset around shifting boundaries, and then we watched the final episode. And Hopper said what he said (or rather what he didn’t say). Not a dry eye in our house.

Yeah, just finished watching with my youngest – fine ending and well thought out. I was lost during season 2 but this season had us gripped from the start. The speech was central to all that happened. There was a maturity about it that suited the cast development. It would be a good place to leave it but season 4 seems to be a definite.
