  2. He will appear in Glasgow on 29 June at Bellahouston Park with Elvis Costello & the Imposters as support. Perhaps he will repeat his 1976 busking moment outside the entrance of Glasgow Central Station.

  3. Oooh. I skipped his Dublin gig this year and when I watched him doing Glasto three days later I was kicking myself. The added attraction(lol!) of Elvis is a nice thing.

  4. So excited to see him on sand bill as Elvis Costello – a nice day out at Blenheim too.
    Can’t wait.

    And then we have The Waterboys Fishermans Blues revue with Steve Wickham returning and Steve Earle in the band and singing his own songs.

    • Even I’m tempted by NY/EC @ Blenheim, even if that is where I last left Elvis to it, his voice then a travesty.
      Likewise W’boys/SE. Funnily enough, the Waterboys were supporting EC that same day, one of the last gigs with Mr Wickham. And, apart from, like Elvis, the intrusive presence of girlie bvs, a great gig.
