Just started in on this. Finished the prologue and onto chapter one. I just finished John Connolly’s latest Charlie Parker Children of Eve which I found a little disappointing.

As it happens during a musically based chat with one of the night nurses Stormcock was mentioned as it is his favourite Roy Harper album too. He’s also a big Zappa afficionado. I’m getting to like it here.

It was all done and dusted remarkably quickly. Into theatre around 9:30 and back on the ward before midday.
