I really hope they restock the Thin Lizzy 1976 box as well. I hesitated on this one and the next thing i know, it was completely sold out.
Just looking at those song titles and recalling hearing and seeing them fills me with happiness. Oh, the joy of Rory Gallagher as a 15 year old whose hair has finally reached his collar. A year later I saw him in Brighton. Every hairy teen was there, it seemed, an awful lot of us in tennis shoes, cheap jeans, check shirts, and clean centred-parted hair. I suspect all the venues of the tour had similar audiences. Happy days….
That was me in Manchester. Listening back doesn’t disappoint either – unique player.
