Me too, at Hitchin Folk Club and won Wizz’s latest CD in the raffle. I exchanged a few words with the great man who is exactly as nice as you’d expect.

There’s an interview in a guitar mag this month with AS saying how he basically made the album by evolving the music around the one thing Fripp can do. Charmless as ever.

Does it have track notes, who the players are etc? That annoys me about Spotify – almost no info.

Me too, what a great find! Love that album. I’ve been chipping away at “Naked Ladies and Electric Ragtime” on the parlour guitar for about 2 years and can just about get through it glitch free.

It could be that there are parties down his street every night which he may go to but there’s only one night when he goes to all of them.

Ah I was answering Beezer in the queue at Lidl and got home to find I hadn’t posted it so our comments crossed. FWIW it’s nowhere near my Clapton top 10 but equally I completely understand why it is so popular.

I know it’s mandatory to hate on Clapton in every thread but I don’t think this is too bad in the scheme of things.
