New album out 1st September, which will do nicely to ease us into autumn. I wasn’t that sold on Rave Tapes, so hopefully this will see them back to their best. First impressions of the single are okay, a bit cleaner than before, with a very EITS sound (the album is coming out on Temporary Residence in the States – don’t know if that’s a new thing for them?)
I love the album artwork, might be getting this one on vinyl.
Artwork.I forgot to mention that the album is called Every’s Country Sun. Looking at the dimensions, I wonder if this is the inside of a gatefold?
Current, high quality music from a fine contemporary band and a Fleet Foxes album due soon. Good music is still being made.
Having heard a track from the Fleet Foxes album not sure I am looking forward to that one. However Mogwai is exciting.

I wasn’t totally convinced by Rave Tapes either (although Remurdered is a beast of a tune) but this is promising. Typically silly song title too.
