Excellent!
Bravo! I’m getting sick of both americana and roots. Don’t get me wrong, I love country and folk, as well as their -rock chums. Heck, I’ll even go for folk-punk. Americana is just lazy typecasting.
An awful lot of singers in the US adopt a fake British accent so they can sound more like rock music. The same goes for Shakespeare.
Many Shakespearean scholars now argue that Shakespeare would have spoken with a broad West Midlands/quasi black country accent
