   My older sister once cooked us a Fray Bentos pie after school in the 70s.
   Sadly she was no expert and neglected to remove the lid.
   When the tin exploded it took out the ovens glass door.

   How we laughed….until me mum came home…..then we cried.

   That is unlikely to form part of a sensible, calorie controlled diet. And I speak as a fan of the steak and mushroom variety. S&K is all we get in the shops round here these days, and I can’t be doin with kidneys, though but.
