The intriguing 40th Anniversary live reworking of the LMTPH second-best album has been cancelled due to Kevin’s unfortunate but mysterious motorcycle accident. A real shame – was so looking forward to the show…even persuaded my beloved to go.
The album is still coming out, though.

Shame. Was seriously considering coming over to the UK for this.
Looking forward to the album though. When KR is in good form
he is always terrific
Oh balls, I was hoping to see them this time. I bottled it last time out due to the ‘playing all-new material’ warning, then bought the live album/DVD and kicked myself. Repeatedly.
I know this is bad news, but don’t get your knickers in a twist….
I am thoroughly pissed off – this is 4th gig I have had cancelled this year – two covid’s, one broken neck, one motor bike accident.
Fuck knows what is next.
Why do bad things always happen to you, Steve? It’s just not fair! 😀
@SteveT
Anyone care to join me in launching a Crowdfunding page to buy Steve a ticket for the upcoming Ed Sheeran tour?
Fucking Chuck Prophet gig also cancelled – sadly he has lymphoma which is more of a plausible excuse than fucking Covid
Postponed – to give Kev time to recover, and to rework it again under the banner “actually no, THIS is how it should’ve sounded (I think?)”
“Mysterious motorcycle accident”, who does he think he is Bobby Dylan?
Mobility scooter doesn’t sound quite so romantic…
‘Ave an up ^
Was it the accident or the motorcycle that was mysterious?
Too Rye Aye Testing Ground, a few weeks ago:
Motorcycle accident? I expect he didn’t wait ‘til his light turned green..
He’ll have to fk off to Woodstock for two years and come back with a funny Hanna Barbers type voice.
