The thing is, and this is true for E. Jean Carroll’s battle with Trump as well: corroborating evidence. After all this time forensics will be tricky, though Ms Carroll has a dress. Witnesses are key. I note lawyers for Ms Carroll have played out three jury trials to test if they can win over a jury. They did so two out of three. However, it’s difficult to image how they tested Trump’s visit to the witness box.
