I saw them several times between 1976 and 1996, and feel they are a bit tired now.. Roger’s voice isn’t what it was, and frankly I feel they’ve been over-exposed. The last great Who album to me was “Quadrophenia”. They are getting on, and things wear out and come to an end. They are not the only band of this age in this position. Good luck if you still enjoy them, of course.
Couldn’t bear to see them after Keith died. Then again I once gave away Stones tickets coz I didn’t want to see a bunch of geriatric forty somethings so what do I know?
I must admit, I did something similar when Blondie came back at the turn of the century. I’d loved them so much as a kid & teen, I didn’t want to spoil my memories by watching some old gits creaking round the stage.
Debbie Harry was 55 in 2000, same age as I am now. I was wrong.
… until the next Tax Bill arrives
No uk tour. Maybe they intend playing irregularly on home turf

His voice is relatively fine. I think he had an operation around 10 years ago and he looks after it very carefully unlike some others of his age.
The Who…? They’ve been a bit quiet recently, I was beginning to wonder if they were ok.
Here we go again.
I thought that was Whitesnake ?
Yes, indeed!
You’re on mute Roger…..80 year old man battles that new fangled technology!
Oh dear me no, fellas…
Won’t get fooled again.
SWIDT?

I’m not being awkward, but did you buy them and then realise their age..?

2 years ago at Glastonbury you weren’t wrong. Talk about Hylda Baker……
Yeah, that was real watch through fingers stuff.
Debbie + Clem – Chris != Blondie.
I saw them (for the first time) when she was around 70. It was superb
