This wronged-woman turned a chap’s records by Yazz, Showaddywaddy, and Paper Lace into her kitchen floor. Love, you are almost definitely too good for him. he only needs the “Brotherhood of Man” to confirm what a wrong ‘un he is.
Has anyone here had painful feedback regarding their loved one’s views on their music or a cruel consequence of a transgression?
Records by these artists might also do the job:

One night me a couple of years back, me and Mrs H were driving home from Dublin to Belfast after a concert. We had Lyric FM on, listening to a blissed out late-night show in the background. As we pulled in to a service station, I recognised some notes… ‘Hey, that’s one of my tunes,’ I said. That doesn’t happen often. We stopped to listen to it before going in search of coffee/hot choc… After about 4 minutes, Mrs H asks, ‘How long does this go on for?’ 😀 ‘Er, about 6 minutes,’ I replied. It was very funny. To be fair (which I didn’t know at the time),she was waiting to access the WC…
We had some Bob Marley tiles in our kitchen.
We had some of those, but had to get rid off as we couldn’t keep the grout between the tiles clean – the kids kept dropping their toast on them and getting Jammin’….
Arf!
Vinyl flooring.
The idea was better than the reality of the execution.
The whole thing looks shit, records and the floral discs.
Well if she wants to be reminded of his infidelity on a daily basis that’s one way to do it.
Who would have thought that a bloke who listens to Paper Lace could get a girlfriend, let alone cheat on his wife. “Billy, don’t be a zero”, indeed.
Incidentally, I have just read that Paper Lace has a guitarist called Carlo Santanna. Oh, the confusion that must have caused.
The collection includes records from Dire Straits [fair enough], Jets Yazz [I assume you mean The Jets and Yazz, separate acts but OK], Hands Up [youre just making it up now. hands Up? A quick search shows there is a punk band called Hands Up, but judging from the rest of the list you can’t mean them. Who the hell are Hands Up?], Showaddywaddy and Paper Lace [phew! Pulled it back at the end].
