On Your Breath, and Jim Thirwell’s various Foetus incarnations. I loved his 80s output, but have since lost touch with his prodigious output.
Wash It All It Off was a magnificent single and Hole was an astonishing LP that still gets a spin here.
Don’t remember him being raised here before. Anyone else wish they’d seen The Immaculate Consumptive?

Hmmmm. I remember the various foetus names being written about in NME etc back in the day but until now don’t think I’d ever heard anything.
Quite challenging @ianP !
An old colleague of mine’s writing a Some Bizarre book at the minute, so Foetus’ll no doubt crop up a lot there. Like Freddy, my consumption (sic) of him was almost all via NME articles, most of them frankly atrocious. Having said that, I quite like that track, though it does seem to be of a piece with those RESearch books/magazines that had features on ‘outsider artists’ who all seemed to have fixations with the nazis.
Absolutely love this song, used to be a floorfiller in the alternative clubs of Plymouth in the early 90s. It’s just so gloriously, ridiculously, bombastic and it knows it, the Bat Out Of Hell of industrial, if you will.
