Record label Last Night From Glasgow is re-releasing both albums by late-80s/early-90s nearly-rans The Fat Lady Sings.
To mark the occasion, Nick Kelly and the Johnson-era lineup (i.e. not including founding member Robert Hamilton on the drums) are playing one Monday night in late November at Oran Mor.
Went to see Nick Kelly’s documentary last week where he spends a week cycling from Dublin to Glastonbury, playing gigs along the way in order to celebrate his 60th birthday and question the climate-friendliness of touring. It was charming enough.

Yeah, I (along with many others) sponsored the film. I’ve yet to see it but my Blu-Ray disc is in the post (soon, I hope).
If I remember correctly I had those T.F.L.S. they were very good. If not a clue where they are now.
