In these troubling times it is always nice to see something unchanging and reliable. Like two very familiar old blokes chatting about things rockula.

Thanks look forward to hearing the old dears having a wee chat
Thanks for posting. I went to Hep’s book launch / Word podcast in Islington and they continue to be a great double act.
Really enjoyed listening to these, I wish they did more on the radio as a double act. Can’t help thinking they would be great stand ins for Radcliffe and Maconie or another show somewhere on the radio.
I listened to the drummer one. Nicely constructed argument. However, he seems to have *forgotten* the likes of Keith Moon and Phil Collins, as well as ignoring New Wave drummers such as Chris Frantz and Clem Burke. His worse crime is declaring the age of the drummer is over, now that we have plenty of bands led by the drummer, including Spoon and Vampire Weekend.
