A fine analysis of The Eagles – “a shirtless Byrds”. The solo on the track “HC” is OK, I suppose. In the track posted, I’ve found their, hah “Eagle” song by “the Swedish group”. Both are so “white” they make ELP seem like Sly and the Family Stone. (Maybe I exaggerate, but only just).

Joe Walsh – better late than never

I’ve only recently discovered the joy of Joe Walsh’s music. As less of a fan of The Eagles I just didn’t bother.
But just the fact that he called an album The Smoker You Drink, The Player You Get says something, apart from the fact that he used to enjoy a beverage or five.
Anyway, here’s a new favourite of mine. Some of you are a bit older than me and I’m sure this is all old news to you.
