I suppose gentlemen in England are now abed, but it’s all kicking off here. The Matildas beat France on penalties – there were 20 of them, even the Aussie goalkeeper took one. (Spoiler alert: she missed.)

And England have beaten Colombia 2-1. Hurrah!

So England will play Australia in the semi-final. Divided loyalties ahoy…
