latest flame – off the wagon
After a month of resisting the temptation to buy any new music I finally fell. Leafing through Mojo and Uncut and Q in the Smiths, and even perusing recommendations on this site I resisted….but last Sunday I fell…. the sunday paper made reference to a band I’d never heard of (like so many) that was intriguing enough that even though I didn’t recognise half the references I went for it…and suddenly I’m after their (quite expensive) back catalogue and tracking down early 90’s cd’s by a band called Ass Pony’s. How does this happen? When I fall, I fall….Now I discover my latest flame are playing nearby in are months – so it was obviously meant to be….now about these Shonen Knife people…
