Thomas Walsh, erstwhile Duckworth Lewis Method opening bat and all round musical great, is starting work on a new Pugwash album in his native Ireland and is asking for crowd funding to get it over the line. This will, apparently, be made with a band including ex Pugwash members, so those who didn’t ‘get’ Silverlake, the last Pugwash album he made as a duo with Jason Falkner can expect a return to the regular band sound. (I bloody loved Silverlake, but understand why it’s a marmite kind of thing).
I have no vested interest in this other than a burning desire to hear more Thomas Walsh songs, but know there are some fans among the Massive, so thought I would bring it to your attention and commend this to the house.
