Steve Baker MP tells you he’s really really sorry about Brexit an’ that and he’d really really like to be the next PM please and thankyou
There’s a trend developing here. I’d like to see more Tory politicians apologise and then try to reverse the damage. Baker might be experiencing a curious wibbly feeling in his tummy. It’s not unpleasant …but it’s definitely a feeling he’s never had before. As he is tucked up in bed for the night , he might say “Mummy…is this what it feels like to ‘do the right thing’ ?”
Earlier today, a Tory twitter lunatic said that he had witnessed Michael Fabricant jostled and pushed over by protesters. The be-wigged one immediately set the record straight – saying that no-one touched him and they have every right to protest.
The Chairman of the Young Conservatives called Birmingham “a dump” – the Party sent him home and issued an apology.
Michael Gove said removing the highest tax rate was morally wrong.
Gove is the biggest arse of all of them.
Birmingham isn’t a dump – it’s working class and proud of it. They don’t understand at Tory HQ – if they are not careful I will set Jess Phillips onto them.
The “Twitter lunatic” according to his Twitter bio produces and reports for Times Radio and writes in the Times. The quality of journalists is as low as the quality of politicians.

What is going on?
They – especially Gove – are just jockeying for position when Truss comes undone.

A fulsome apology for aberrant behaviour is always welcome.
I’m sorry. I really didn’t know that was your garden.
Do it again and I’ll have the law on you, young whippersnapper.
Or I’ll have you on the lawn. No, I’ll rephrase that…

Oh Christ… Owen Jones has done something that’s praiseworthy.
I don’t understand anything any more.
Is this the End Times? It is, isn’t it? It’s the End Times.
I’m frightened.
It’s Bin Day tomorrow… I don’t know if I should even bother putting them out tonight.
Gove is the biggest arse of all of them.

Setting Jess Phillips on them twice is just cruel, Steve.
Not that they don’t deserve it, mind.
Cruelty be damned – set Jess Phillips on them twice!
It wasn’t Gove who said it was it? I thought it was the idiot young Tory party chairman Daniel Granger.
If he thinks B’ham is a dump, I can only assume he’s never been to Redditch.*
(*) I’m just teasing, in case my pal (and Headless Cross resident) Jez is reading.
“Getting Britain Moving” – what were they thinking?
They certainly got the pound and mortgages moving.
SupposiTories
There it is.
