I’ve been listening to Elvis Costello this evening, which reminded me that whenever I bump into my neighbour Elsie the line “they call her Natasha” pops into my head.
She’s of an age when I’m sure she’s been quoted that ad nauseum, so I’ve always kept my thoughts to myself.
My posh friend who was christened Natasha was always known as Bob, thanks to Blackadder, despite my best efforts to get her renamed as Elsie.
Anyone else got little triggers that spark off an internal verse or two?

This takes some explaining. When I was a kid there was an amateur footballer who played for Barnet and England called Roy Sleap. At about the same time there was a song called Image of a Girl, sung by Mark Wynter, which contained the line, ‘I twisted and I turned, trying to get to sleep.’
In my head that became, ‘I twisted and I turned, thinking of Roy Sleap.’ As a result, whenever I hear the word sleep in a song I spell it Sleap. As in I Go to Sleap.
The Afterword: you don’t get this kind of information anywhere else, do you?

If you behave yourself I’ll send you a private message, detailing the swell of blue serge-covered…[cut]
You could start by calling her Margaret. Nobody ever called her Margie. She occasionally called herself Maggie, but she’ll always be Margaret to me.

Work with a lady called Cathy.
Every time her name is mentioned the voices in my head sing: “it’s me, let me into your window-ow-ow-ow-ow”
Another colleague is called Mandy, which immediately inspires …
“Can The Can” (her surname in Cannon)

I used to be a Costello-Natasha triggeree, but for many years now I’ve been a Wainwright(R)-Natasha triggeree.
I know that this doesn’t satisfy the requirements of the OP, but I mention it simply because there’s not enough Wainwright(R) on this site.
And this is her:
