The latest live archive release from the Springsteen vault – freshly mastered from the tapes comes Nassau Coliseum from 31st December 1980. Another old bootleg bites the dust.
Well worth yer $12 or whatever

Alternatively go to Jungleland, the Springsteen torrent site:
http://jungleland.dnsalias.com/index.php
and download it

I don’t think his Bruceness or the band get anything form these quasi-boots, so feel no compunction at downloading it.
I beliwve they do get money from the official downloads so that torrent site should be avoided for these releases. They will also be removed probably
Yeah Jungleland doesn’t allow official stuff.
And although the Crystal Cat version is good this official version really kicks bottom.
It’s not surprising that he’s doing this as Fopp has many of these live shows ripped from old bootlegs and released by dodgy labels.
That said his store charging $20 for CD-Rs in minimal packaging plus postage is a bit of a swizz.
Hoping for something from 1981 or BitUSA tour next
Ah I see. Inattention to detail by me. I thought it was another of those dodgy live discs.
This show is from 81 too! Next one will almost certainly be from another tour
