Good for him. Shame he still used the “verified fan” nonsense for the ticket sale
Do TM provide details of what different services, facilities and processes are covered by each of the three fees?
Hats off to him and any other artists who are daring to take a stand on behalf of their fans.
And Naughty Corner for all the scoundrels who have shown a blind indifference to the preposterous prices that are being charged for their tickets.
I hereby affirm that I’m going to henceforth vote with my feet and boycott gigs with silly prices.
That should give the Boss a few sleepless nights!
Explanation of service and facilities fees here, but no explanation of processing charge

I’m not defending ‘dynamic pricing’ – it’s a pretty despicable example of naked capitalism, but as a caveat (a) concert tickets are not the only area of commerce where it’s adopted – it’s common practice in the theatre, hotel and airline industries, and (b) it’s just marginally more morally acceptable for the artists and touring infrastructure to benefit from overwhelming demand’ than the scalpers on secondary ticketing sites.
It’s interesting that the article says that RS “declined to participate” in the dynamic pricing scheme. All of which seems to imply other acts like BS and TS could do the same
What’s sad about dynamic pricing is that the only real beneficiaries are the mega draws who hardly need the extra money,
