We get the opportunity to review gigs, albums etc – any volunteers welcome! I have a few in Nottingham at the moment – PM me if you fancy a free night out and the opportunity to add some content to the site.

I’m in (though not for Nottingham)! Impressive multitasking, sir.
Happy to review physical/digital stuff.
Nottingham isn’t possible for gigs.
I can do Nottingham periodically.
Willing to review physical product (or digital or whatever “the yoof” call it).
I like doing reviews (you may have noticed). I’d be up for doing gigs in the Bristol area, and more record, book etc write ups.
Do you and Bargepole collaborate, @Twang?
Yes of course, Bargie tends to get CDs to review where I picked up dealing with some PRs who seem to focus more on live stuff. I sometimes review stuff he sends me – have a few in the pipeline currently. The Tull connection came via Bargie who picked it up from the work done by Michael a while ago. I’ll do a message out to those interested with what’s currently up. Some interesting looking bands I have to say. All new, which is nice.
I work at the University of Nottingham, so easy enough to make a gig if it’s my sort of thing.
I’m a Nottingham alumnus! You’re not a Classics lecturer, are you?
I am programme director for the Forensic Psychology doctorate. My son does music here, and says one of his lecturers is a world expert on Pat Metheny. That’s what I call scholarship.
I would be happy to do any album reviews and live reviews in York/Leeds, North Yorks area if ever needed.
Leeds too and all points in that west and south of Yorkshire and Manchester and environs.
Thanks all, I’ll message you with details.
Happy to review the Boss in Brisbane next year if you can score a ticket 🙂
And I can do the Melb Hanging Rock show too if you can organise Plus one Twang
I’m happy to do this one if you can chuck in travel as well
I like gigs and I like penning nights out. Brum is my main concert base, I guess, from Hare and Hounds to Symphony Hall, and all in-between. I tend to err towards the rootsier side of folk/country/world with a side order of classic new wave/post punk.
I would be very happy to review gigs in Stockholm, or indeed albums. Do the lascivious tentacles of the Afterword Empire stretch to the frozen bits of the north?
Quite seriously, there may be Nordic artists who would be more than glad to be mentioned here. Especially if they’ve got a UK tour lined up. A bit of Northern Exposure.
The jazzers will doubtless be queing up in the snow in the hope that @DuCo01 will review them. @Locust and @Pizon_Bros may even have a shot at it.
@twang happy to cover with @retropath2 the birmingham waterfront live, and review stuff – games (ps4/pc/mobile0 as well as music. Am working on my 20-page Pokemon Go review now…
I’d be very happy indeed to take on the prog mantle for any digital output. Its a tough job, but somebody has to do it. (And one I’d rather enjoy!)
Likewise, I’ll review any CDs – plank spanking being my specialty.
You probably have more than enough already but I’d be very happy to review – cds or live (Hampshire if it ever comes up – unlikely.. – as I’m sure London is covered).
I’m always up for new stuff and can string a sentence together (occasionally).
I’m Nottingham based @twang and enjoy gig going. Let me know if you require my services.
PM sent @Smudger.
