Is it just him and his son on all the tracks?
Has me wondering wonder what Wilco would build those songs up into.

Two sons. On his last solo album Warmer he played all the instruments but the drums. I believe he now does demos for Wilco the same way, but then the band help turn them into Wilco songs. I think only two of them live in Chicago so they need to arrange time when they can all be in the studio (the Loft). Maybe in a different year this might have been a Wilco album.
However they would have been on the road this year so maybe not.

With Summer Teeth reissue also out next month its going to be a Tweedy influenced time.
He is certainly prolific.

He has a book coming out too. There was also a (short) film soundtrack earlier this year.
So in less than 2 years, 3 solo albums, a Wilco album and a soundtrack.

Just like the ’60s then.
2 or 3 albums a year was the norm, unless you didn’t get enough hit singles, in which case you got dropped.

No date yet for physical product release – means I’ll probably have to buy it twice.

Thought about pre-ordering the download, but will wait for the vinyl and stream it when it comes out.
