The 1st night at Winterland is the heavily booted FM broadcast but the 2nd night has only previously existed as a shitty audience tape. Winterland 1978The Promised Land set is easily one of my favourite bootlegs if not one of my favourite albums.

The first Winterland show is the best concert I have ever heard in my life, and to a degree was actually life changing, even though I was listening to a 3rd generation cassette, dubbed from an LP, cut from a radio recording.
Can’t wait to hear the 2nd night…
