Is the correct answer! The three volumes of The Reason Why are all highly entertaining.

What does it sound like?:
Edgar Froese created a monster when he formed Tangerine Dream in West Berlin in 1967. And monster in the sense they have since put out 159 albums, not including compilations. […] -

Recently discovered Karma when it was mentioned in a review of Goran Kajfes, one of my favourite Swedish jazz artists. So maybe you should check him out. He´s in loads of bands. Maybe try his solo album XY, […]

Good call! Have that particular album on vinyl, which makes skipping songs harder.

Great writing, Tigger! It’s possibly my favourite Davis album.
What you say about the drums (only hi-hat) and one note bass. It’s a very krauty album, isn’t it? Not that far away from Neu! and Can.

@deramdaze So you like TWO of their songs, and one of them is Bron-Y-Aur-Stomp. That’s reasonably left-field for someone who isn’t a fan.

Fascinating. I don’t love Adam Raised A Cain, but I wouldn’t say I hate it. Darkness is great though. One of Bruce’s best.
Has that thread been done? Songs I hate and skip on albums I love?

Inspired by a very similar thread by @BigJimBob, this could be a terrible idea. A thread of terrible links if nothing else. The Beach Boys’ Barbara-Fe**ing-Ann was recorded for the Party album, which was a way to […]

Is he strapped for cash? I guess my question is ‘why?’.

Indeed. Judging by his movies (though I like them), I was expecting someone pretentious with his head firmly placed up his own arse. So I found his giggling approach lovely.

If you’re a Yorgos fan, how about this?

It certainly wasn´t 1971.

Van has never made another album like Astral Weeks, but to my ears he´s made maybe for or five just as good, if not better. It doesn´t strike me as THE album.
Though, the ad is odd to say the least.

The difference between Neil Young’s talking voice and singing voice is also weird. Talking – low. Singing – not so low.
