I love it when people who haven’t even produced any pop music want to discuss the merits or otherwise of pop music. 😉

I’m glad you enjoyed the show. I am going on Monday and was feeling slightly nervous about it being massively blokeish. I’ve just finished the first of the 3 Rockonteurs / Coverdale eps. Hugely enjoyable

I saw the LSO do The Firebird (along with Shostakovich violin concerto #1) at the Barbican two weeks ago. And what a performance of both, a mind-boggling exercise of rehearsal and execution. There is nothing […]

I particularly like the closing paragraph: “Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

@Gary – you did raise the issue, again. And please don’t see personal insults where there are none.

I was too young for imperial period Yes (TYA, Fragile and CTTE, as I understand it) so I was spared the outer limits of their later indulgences. The wonderful GFTO was my first purchase on release so I think I won […]

It’s a result that shows how out of touch the Democratic Party is, when they were trying their best not to endorse him throughout his campaign. He seems to have the right mindset to counter the racist monstering […]

I saw this done live at the weekend, and the whole thing rocked. Such a great song. I love that in their biopic they had Mike Myers (who in Wayne World obviously adored it) slagging it off. Btitish […]

Why does he have to live in Norfolk? I mean it’s nice enough but he must have enough money to buy a residence nearly anywhere.
