I’d say 6 music breakfast plays it about twice a year, either as part of Cloudbusters or one of the playlists. Always a joy to hear it (as is Not So Manic Now by Dubstar)

Richard Thompson, certainly in his acoustic shows, has a lot of variety. Usually audience members seem to compete for shouting for the most obscure suggestion.

Mark was very good at those “live” links. Very flowing…

I should quickly add, that isn’t my behaviour……just my experience from live gigs since the millenium.

Why don’t more acts do this? Probably because too many of the crowd become distracted/drunk while waiting for the songs they know?

@dai I’m slightly disappointed by their choice of venue. It’s been great watching them in the smaller halls like the Forum and Troxy. RAH will lack a bit of atmosphere and be distinctly pricier.
