@sewer-robot He did claim, at a recent screening of the last St. Etienne film in Belfast, to be unable to play any instruments, his contribution to songwriting being largely sample-based and his work developing […]

I met her once, in Union Square in New York doing a signing for her “Art Of Being A Girl” CD. She was lovely, and no qualms about talking about David Lynch – you’d imagine, 13 years after Twin Peaks began she […]

KDH commented on the post, Kool and The Gang. The greatest ever disco group? 4 months ago
KATG are underrated certainly, but Chic are the closest you can get to a definitive best, and I normally argue against “bests”, believing generally there are only favourites.
Kid Creole I’ve always considered […]

I have that Dance Decade one too, in similar condition to yours, but still playable. From the Streetsounds stable, it’s rather great.

The Official Charts page gives a decent, if fairly mainstream, weekly list, without much in the way of editorial:

4 of the top 5 in my 6 picks, with Lithuania at 8 (Norway nowhere) – well done me!
On reflection, Italy’s effort wasn’t bad, but not top 5 for me.

LithuaniaMissed about 20 mins earlier in the evening, but from the reprise, don’t think I missed much…
