In Sweden, compulsory to use helmets for young people up to the age of 15. Anyone older than that has the choice.

Saw SLF just the once. Hemel Hempstead Pavilion, March 1980.
They were great, of course.I liked the fact that they called their live album “Hanx”, because that was how they pronounced “Thanks”. Good stuff!
