I don’t normally pay any attention to awards ceremonies, however really pleased to hear that Marvellous won an award last night. I watched this twice’ a really lovely heartwarming and genuinely funny drama. I hope they show it again, and if you haven’t seen it already, do.

I see the BBC have put it onto iPlayer – it’s now available for viewing or download.
Best film I’ve seen in years. If you haven’t seen it drop everything and watch it right now!
I would highly recommend ‘The Lost Honour Of Christopher Jefferies’ to those who haven’t seen it.
Great tip Dodger. Thanks.
I hadn’t heard of it before now.
I’m pretty sure that if I hadn’t known Neil at Keele back in the 70’s (everybody at Keele knew Neil!) that I wouldn’t have watched it but it is indeed marvellous.
Is the Christopher Jefferies thing on iPlayer again? If not, where can it be accessed?
It was on ITV. Try ITV Player.
Not that good if you ask me. I’m glad Jason Watkins got an award because he’s been plugging away on various TV dramas for years. He’s essentially a comic actor, a very good one, but he was a bit OTT for this.
According to itvPlayer it’s currently unavailable.
Agreed, it’s totally marvellous and don’t let the fact that it’s got something to do with football put you off.
Thanks for the iplayer nod. So good I might watch it twice.
We watched this last night & thought it was, well marvellous! Very funny & touching in equal measures.
The way of filming it was excellent and the little bits of Neil & the actor playing him chatting were very very well done.
As the OP says, just watch it!
