Best song in their canon imv. I prefer the more restrained studo version for once, but this is great. Given how well they were doing, it’s all the more remarkable that they reinvented their sound so radically shortly after this.
My favourite of theirs is “Degualo”, which was between the eras. Sleazy bluesy funky. But still some boogie. Dusty seems to be the go-to vocalist for boogie. The boys on horns too.
Loud dumb thrashy boogie; that describes about half my music collection ….

There’s also a clip of the band rehearsing this, with Brian Johnson reading the lyrics from a sheet, and inaudible for the first minute or so. Fascinating hearing the band without the vocal.
Superb. Haven’t seen that before. Brian is game isn’t he. Right at the edge of his range. Great to see Phil still playing it old school. Maybe he could fit a few more cymbals in that kit…
