On reflection, I should have put this in the “Our Man in BC” thread – I didn’t realise that it had turned into a treatise on reaction videos…
“Groon” should appeal to the in-laws and neighbours.
He crams a lot into his 1m22s: dancing, tears, something that looks like bafflement, something that looks like pain…
A proper over representation of Discipline as well…their best album?
As far as compositions go, it’s an outstanding album but the performance of them was enhanced, IMO, when they were played live by the ’90s “Double Trio” Crimson.
One way or another, he seems to groove more to the Discipline-era band tunes…
