So much good music about at the moment that I am enjoying listening too.
This is a collection of songs that I have listened to recently and have enjoyed. Some entries are very new songs others are a little older and there is a mixture of genres.
I hope to do many more of these so come and gather around the listening post and I hope you find something that you like or that I introduce you to a new band or song.
Remember if you like the music please visit the artist website and buy their CD’s or go and see them when they next play live in your area.
If you have any music you would like to be considered for the listening post please e-mail me, or send a link, at js.southport (at) gmail.com

Trouble is Joe if we listen to all your playlists when do we listen to our own music.
Don`t take this the wrong way man, keep the torch burning.
I forgot to say Zervis & Pepper, I like them. A lot – and I have bought the CDs.
Yes I do understand what you mean Baron, at least with the mixes you can just pop on and have a little listen now and then and they stay available for a long time. Guess I just need to be a bit more selective 🙂
Good work Joe!
Lots of new names there for me, which is just the way I like it. Many of us are keen to make new discoveries on the AW.
No need to be more selective. You’ve listed the tracks so we can also dip into things on Spotify if we haven’t time to listen to everything.
