Are there any ENGLAND BASED PROG Subscribers among U “Wordies” ???
I’m having great difficulty renewing my PROG account as via their Renewal Letter – snail mail and also via their email reminder to renew my PROG subs,
Tried all their Customer Care Centre phone lines – useless – – takes me to India & Philippines – No Luck there.
All I get is auto-generated replies telling me to check etc via magazine direct BUT my account has been useless – not showing the Renewal access line.
What I would like is an ACTUAL England phone number (NOT the 44+ 330 333 1113 No.) to contact PROG via future publishing ltd U.K. directly. ANY or ALL assistance will be truly grateful

G’Day Vulpes -Many Thanks for all that info. I had been looking for an OZ contact without any luck – until your info. Believe it or not – being really pissed ORF about it all – I sent an email to PROG direct London address & got an immediate reply from Top Honcho – Jerry Ewing – who has kicked some Arse on my behalf & I’m expecting a phone call tonight 7pm Sydney time from the complaints Manager. Amazing what happens if you go to the top of the tree.
Have had numerous “chats” with the Help (Helpless) Magazine Direct in my case ALWAYS seem to connect me to an Asian Call Centre. Given the number of times I have phoned/contacted them I would NOT be surprised if they had built an enormous “Beware File” on me. Keeping me fingers crossed that it ALL gets sorted tonight – will keep you all updated on the outcome. Once again Thanks for all that Info.

Many Eternal Thanks for ALL your info – BUT you will all be pleased to learn I have had it fixed via a30 minute Phone Call tonight from The Complaints Manager to my mobile so I didn’t pay the for call & got a reasonable discount on my 2 year subs to Prog as way of an apology for all the aggro they put me though.
YES I agree with you & the confusion caused re: variation of moniker’s/titles for the magazine subs etc MyMagazine/MagazineRus/Magazine Direct etc too many of them.
Having spoken with the C.M. guy – he was NOT aware of the Sydney Connection – will give the a call Friday & see what the go is there?
