Great find, made me laugh, but oh man I would love to know what he was really saying there.
I may be wrong (and I often am) but there is a similar clip somewhere of him mocking the idea that England were contenders for a World Cup, perhaps 2010? Thinking about it, they might have given the same footage subtitles along those lines.
