How do head to heads work?
Each team plays another every Game Week – Draws are rare, but it just adds another dimension of competition (and you can cheat (or at least pretend to) by seeing where your opponent is in the League, viewing their team, and setting up an ultra-defensive or ultra-attacking team to play them)

Thanks again for having the league, i’m not sure if I can live up to last season’s standard.
For info they have tinkered with the rules this season making changes to the wildcards and introducing captain and bench boosts. Not sure it was necessary but I’m sure we’ll all get used to it.
It will certainly give me something to ponder over the coming months, I do like a distraction.

Once I’m back from holiday, I will get signed up.
Team picked – and now the confusion starts.
The fact that Transfers are free until Opening Day means I’m sitting and staring at the Team and start tinkering, and then changing it back.
Goalkeeper – fairly clear in my mind, probably won’t change.
Defence – again pretty set on original decision (I think?)
Midafield and Strikers – now here’s my issue.
Milner or Henderson?
Carzola or Depay?
Hazard or Fabregas?
Shneiderlin has gone to Man U – but will he get a game with Carrick & Schweinsteiger in the squad?
Costa or Aguero?
Will Falcao do anything this year?
Is Defoe worth a punt? What about Troy Deeney?
If Benteke satys at Villa, he will play regularly and probably score a fair few goals? If he goes to Liverpool or Man U, how much time will he actually get on the pitch?
and who is this years Harry Kane? I doubt if it is Danny Ings. It could be Ricky van Wolfswinkel. I may be completely wrong (I usually am)

Hmmm, I think I might’ve overreacted to Everton’s opening day performance by selling Seamus Coleman as my first transfer. A clean sheet and assist for him today.
Albrighton’s off to a good start though, but I probably should’ve stuck with Mahrez and Vardy who were in my first draft. Mind you, I never guessed we’d have started this well. He says, hopefully not jinxing the second half at West Ham…

I’ve developed an uncanny knack of narrowing my transfer options to a choice of two, and then choosing the wrong one.
