Someone is modland is ‘avin a larf with the footnotes at the bottom of the page. Byline or whatever.
Surely they know there is a capital F in Fanny.
(And that was an exhausting clip to find via google, I can tell you.)

I take it quite seriously.
Facebook stealing personal information, and now it seems that my internet history has been hacked.
Other bands that bring up “interesting” results:
The Vibrators
The XX
Pearl Jam
The Revolting Cocks
Charlotte Church (er…)
I can quite honestly say I had no realisation that Pearl Jam might be anything than random wordplay. Until now. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
Sounds like a cryptic crossword clue.
Sounds like something a 12-year-old would write is what it sounds like.
Not least because he wouldn’t know that the Afterword started in 2012, which it did, in point of fact.
(Relax ladies – I’m spoken for)
Yes but we’ve only been eulogising over old fanny since 2013. For the first few months there was no eulogising over old fanny.
Oh yeah – non-stop J-pop threads, as I recall. Wow, were we ever that young?
Are you aware they’ve reformed, Retro? New album out soon.
I signed a “Bring Back Fanny!” petition a few months ago, do you think this is a response?
Quite remarkable. https://www.theguardian.com/music/2018/mar/01/fanny-behind-the-reunion-of-a-groundbreaking-all-female-rock-band
“A new album arriving this week, Fanny Walked The Earth – the first issued under the Fanny banner in 43 years – features a song that boasts guest appearances from members of the Bangles, the Runaways and the Go-Gos”. And added Bowie, with Earl Slick participation.
I for one would proudly go under the Fanny banner.
I would expect nothing less. We could sell tickets.
A band that deserve to be on the “Magnet” label.
At the birth of the Internet I wanted to show my mother the value of the Internet and showed her the images from a search for “Japanese Knotweed”.
I won’t do that again.
No, it’s definitely a lower case f. As in “don’t be such a”, not “Craddock”.
@Vincent ‘s suggestion of a release on the “Magnet” label is the best thing I’ve seen on here for a fair while. Cheque’s in the post.
I thang yew!
Eulogising over new old Fanny? (Thanks to @harold-holt above)
