Given that he was doing so terrific live shows during the Born Again Christian years, would surely have made more sense to have added Slow Train to Saved and Knocked Out Loaded and done as series? He could have made it even better by starting off with 76’s Desire and adding in Street Legal…

I think this is the point at which I bow out of the Bootleg Pension series.
Disappointed that he has skipped Desire.
He goes (they go) back and forward, so it could happen. The full 1975 Live recordings are a pretty excellent alternative.
The Trouble No More box might now be my favourite of the bootleg series (either that or another self portrait,) i am in no way religious but the music and band and performances are superb. So more that covers the studio stuff from the era works for me.

They probably sequenced the CDs so they could be adapted for the vinyl edition, with more or less 45 minutes running time each. There could have been much more, like the complete Letterman gig (which Mr. Bob has already made available on his homepage ten years ago…)
Hope that the 2-CD version cherry picks takes from all five discs and isn’t just the first two CDs from the listing above as sometimes happens with these sets as most of the Infidels stuff I want is on discs 3 and 4.
