I also found out that John Halsey drummer with Patto and The fabulous Rutles shares his name with the privateer John Halsey d. 1708 Colonial America Active in the Atlantic and Indian oceans, Halsey is remembered by Defoe as “brave in his Person, courteous to all his Prisoners, lived beloved, and died regretted by his own People.”
