Sounds like life is going pretty well Niall. Not sure you should be watching Spurs to keep your spirits buoyant though. 😉 My bestest wishes as always to you both. x
Good to hear how well you are doing, Niall – and that’s a splendid shed.
Apropos of nothing, I can’t read the word shed now, without hearing it in my head, spoken in Rose Matafeo’s voice!
Must be a huge relief to go from those long infusion sessions to this relatively quick injection, with very little side-effects too. Hurray!
And the new shed is definitely an enormous improvement from that joke of a shed the first time around! Add a lovely trip to that, and life must feel pretty good now (certainly compared to your hospital stay!)
I hope you and Janet have a great holiday and plenty of rest.
Great positive news Niall. I seem to have a lot of mates with C – progress is amazing over 30 years ago when it took my Dad. Enjoy Wales – this time next week I’ll be there myself on my motorbike which I’m looking forward to immensely.
Don’t forget to pack some long sleeves and a big hat, you’re going to be UV hypersensitive for a long time yet. I’m 20 months post immunosuppressants and I still burn under a lightbulb.
Your previous posts from Pembrokeshire have cured Mrs F of her aversion to Wales. Somewhere to visit when we get our campervan.
Twenty minutes to erect a shed! But then I live in Shetland so they are made more wind resistant here. All the best to you, and Spurs. A fellow sufferer in that respect.
When you described having a solo evening with a curry, I pictured you doing a Jerry Ledbetter, wafting fumes about the room…pleased that’s it’s going well.

@pencilsqueezer Thank you. 🙏
Rituximab? How and why do they think of these names? Why don’t the just call it Bamixutir and have done with it?
I’m suffering from shed envy now. Keep on keeping on Niall.
@mikethep We were having this conversation the other day. How do they come up with the names? And, why?
I’m chuffed with the shed.

@fitterstoke Thank you 🙏
If anyone was wondering…
The -mab suffix means that it’s a Monoclonal AntiBody.
For the rest of it…well, fill yer boots!

Is Rituxi the first name of Queen Mab?
Ah, if wishing made it so…
So not named after an Aztec queen famed for her bloodthirstiness then? I am disappoint.

@Locust Thank you. The relief was mental as much as physical, especially as I wasn’t expecting it.
Good shed news. Are you thinking of getting another one? 😉
Enjoy beautiful Wales
@dai The house we rent is lovely, and right on the beach. The sound of the waves is good medicine.
Yes it is
Good to hear things are moving in the right direction Niall.
Have a great break in Wales!
@LesterTheNightfly Thanks 🙏
Good to hear that things are moving forward.
Are both of you in Borth?
I’ve seen the sunset photographs now so I know you are.
@hubert-rawlinson Thanks 🙏
Glad to hear that all is going well.
@Chrisf Thank you 🙏

@Twang Thanks and have a great time in Wales.🙏
Ta pal.
Great to hear the positivity in your thoughts Niall. I hope you both enjoyed your trip t Wales.
Keep on keeping on.
@Pyramid Thanks 🙏
Nice to see a shed built the right way up!

@fentonsteve Long sleeve, UV tops doing their thing. My hat is an England cricket sun hat, one of the big ones that Stuart Broad used to wear.

@Ardnort Spurs-suffering is the worst kind of. Thanks 🙏
