I haven’t dared googling, but I’m guessing that your injections either uses bigger needles or that you lack the protective insulation of fat on your belly that I have. I take all of my insulin injections in my belly fat, five to eight of them daily, and it rarely hurts (unless I manage to hit the same spot I used the time before). Hopefully you’ll get used to it soon!
