That said, as music is one of the main features of this site it is worth mentioning that it was announced at the end of today’s edition that next week’s guest will be none other than Berry Gordy.

Berry Gordy. An absolute titan. Sort of like George Martin, Brian Epstein and Sam Goldwyn all rolled into one. Look forward to hearing his reminiscences and selections.
I’m looking forward to it too but I’m hoping it will be a little more revealing than his autobiography which was very one sided.
Maybe Kirsty will flutter her eyelashes and elicit some candid responses.

Kirsty is very good on the show, but her lack of knowledge about music could prove a disadvantage in this case.
Surely she must know something about Motown and the programme’s researchers should give her enough material to get a decent interview out of him
