Has anyone listened to the new 3 track “single” from Deep Purple, Nothing At All.
I really enjoyed it and looking forward to the new album, Swoosh, coming out on the 7th August.

Is that Ian Gillan? Some quirky guitar er, licks on that first track. Who’s the guitarist these days?
Not too well up in the lineup to be honest Freddy but think it’s Gillan in vocals
Gillan, Paice and Glover all present and correct, with Don Airey on keys and Steve Morse on guitar.
Bloody hell are they all still going.

They were part of a question on ‘Pointless’ yesterday. (Pointless being a U.K. gameshow the object of which is to score as few points as possible. Lowest score wins)
They showed a photo of the Mk 1 version as part of.a Name The Band round and no-one had a clue who they were. I did, and I told my wife who was watching with me. She was very impressed. I could tell.
I bet Nick Simper would garnish a pointless answer.
