Hah! Only this morning, Mrs F said to me “I still don’t know how to use the new* washing machine” as I switched on a load, on my way to “work” (at the dining table).
She spends most of her day talking to people, whereas I can convince my laptop that I’m not really hanging washing out when I should be peer reviewing dull technical documents.
(*) I checked – delivered 11th Feb.
