Brilliant. It’s not actually that good a joke – just one that is made in its delivery.
I have fond memories of seeing Arthur Smith and Malcolm Hardee at the Edinburgh Fringe in the early 90’s (I think at the Gilded Balloon?). Alas, I never made it on one of his infamous night tours of the Royal Mile.
