The Afterword Podcast is the mutant brainchild of the people who inhabit theafterword.co.uk community blog – a lifeboat launched from the wreckage of The Word Magazine blog – RIP.

So this is our first stab – we discuss childhood listening, current grooves, Kate Bush and the unmissable artists plus George Michael and “What did The Word ever do for us?”

This and every podcast we consequently do is dedicated to Mark Ellen, David Hepworth, Fraser Lewry with all the writers, readers and friends that sailed in the good ship Word.
