If any of you haven’t seen it yet, you should drop what you’re doing right away and watch Infernal Affairs post haste!

In alphabetical order?!? That’s no fun! How are we supposed to know what to argue about?

He’s not wrong about the Chaiyya Chaiyya scene from Dil Se. It’s absolutely stunning, and the tune’s an absolute banger to boot

Wow, that is astonishingly great!

Also, to help you cope with the cancellation of Eastenders, the National Theatre is streaming a free play every Thursday evening.
The initial programme is:
April 2 ‘One Man, Two Guvnors’ by Richard Bean, starring James Corden.
April 9 ‘Jane Eyre’, adapted by Sally Cookson.
April 16 ‘Treasure Island’, adapted by Bryony Lavery.
April 23 ‘Twelfth Night’ by William Shakespeare, starring Tamsin Greig.

It’s funny, I am working a long day from home, looking after my daughter who is off school, cooking, clearing up, doing laundry. I actually have less time than usual to watch TV!

That’s amazing…NB though that for the ones available on BFI Player on Amazon Prime you need a separate contract.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! I wanted to watch ‘Bait’ tonight. Arsebuckets.

I watched it a couple of weeks ago. Hugely impressive in its primitive Soviet doco way. Also: quite annoying. You can rent it on iTunes if you’re desperate.

There’s a free 30 day trial @vulpes-vulpes

Is there a place where you can look up films on Amazon without wading through endless slow screens of stuff you probably don’t want? I find looking for films on there utterly exasperating and I’m sure there all sorts of treasure if I only knew how to find it.
mikethep says
No help if you’re just browsing, but if there’s something you know you want to see there’s a handy app called JustWatch which gives you all the options – free, rent or buy – and where. You can switch countries too, if you’re into the whole VPN thing.

Thanks Mike, at first look it does at least make it quicker and easier to scroll for something.

I search for them on the PC and add them to my playlist. They then appear on the Firestick.
