Is that Chris Ecclestone? (Oh yes, just seen your tag.) Very nicely done.
people (not just you Miss RB) seem to have a real blind spot with Doctor No.9’s last name. Is Ecclestone a more common spelling of his last name?
Ecclescake is the more common spelling.
God sorry I don’t normally do that [needs more tea] but yes people do generally make that mistake ..I wonder if it’s just an automatic finger-jerk thing: s-t-o-n—-and ‘e’ just seems to follow unthinkingly?

Well, I never, after all this time etc etc.
You pulled me up for this last week DFB. What made it truly cringetastic was the fact that I’d googled him before posting because I wanted to know what age he was when he played The Doctor.
I blame the enormous cloud called Bernie Ecclestone which hung over my football club of choice for several years..
